How to cancel E-Wallet on FNB App
FNB E-Wallet service can be canceled using the FNB App or any FNB ATM nationwide. You can cancel a transfer request that has not yet been withdrawn by the recipient.
Cancel E-Wallet on the FNB App
To cancel an E-Wallet transfer on the FNB App, follow these simple steps:
- Open the FNB App and log in with your details.
- Select the "Transact" icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the "E-Wallet" option from the list.
- Select "Cancel" next to the transfer you want to cancel.
- Confirm your cancellation by selecting "Cancel E-Wallet" once again.
Cancel E-Wallet at an FNB ATM
To cancel an E-Wallet transfer at an FNB ATM, follow the steps below:
- Visit any FNB ATM nationwide and insert your card.
- Select "Cardless Services" on the ATM screen.
- Select "E-Wallet Services" from the list of options.
- Select "Cancel" and enter the cellphone number used in the original transfer.
- Enter the reference number that you received from FNB.
- Confirm your cancellation by selecting "Cancel E-Wallet".
