Step 1: Remove the batteries
The first thing you need to do is remove the batteries from your remote control.
Tip:
Ensure that you replace the batteries with new ones when you are done resetting the remote. Old batteries may cause the remote control to malfunction.
After removing the batteries, press and hold the “Clear” button. This button usually appears at the bottom of your remote’s keypad.

You may need to use a pen or a similar instrument to press the button since it is small.
Step 3: Replace the batteries
While still holding the “Clear” button, insert the batteries back into the remote control. The red LED light on the remote control will start flashing.
Release the “Clear” button once the LED light stops flashing. The LED light should stop flashing after a few seconds.

If the LED light on your remote control does not stop flashing after a few seconds, repeat the steps from the beginning.
