Step 2: Login to your account
If you have an account with Natis, you will need to login to your account. You will need to enter your username and password to access your account. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking on the 'Create account' button.
Step 3: Select 'Cancel appointment'
Once you have accessed your account, navigate to the 'Appointments' section and select the appointment you wish to cancel. You will then be directed to a page where you can select the 'Cancel appointment' button.
Step 4: Confirm cancellation
